Fantastic for cake decorating as well as general icing.
Simply open it and squeeze directly onto your cake then smooth with a knife or add a nozzle of your choice and pipe - the plastic cap acts as a coupler and they come in 4oz tubes.
There are no preservatives so this has a life of about 2 weeks once opened or 15 - 18 months unopened if kept in a cool environment.
It can also be flavoured if desired (but it tastes very good by itself).
